What are the clothes made of?
All our clothes are made of the best quality, 100% Organic cotton, with handmade natural cotton crochet and other surface trims. All our embellishments and attachments (zips, buttons etc.) conform to strict International Standards.
What are the hair accessories made of?
All our hair clips and accessories are finely handmade with luxurious felt, high quality ribbons,handmade natural cotton crochet and nickel and lead-free clips and pins. We are working with a local NGO and have trained destitute women to help us create these beautiful pieces. As part of our social responsibility initiatives, we contribute a part of our proceeds to them.
What Organic certification do you have?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the most recognized and respected certification body. All our fabrics are GOTS Certified and we are in the process of certifying our Production Unit too.
What is the sizing for hair bands?
Our hairbands are all 14" unstretched and can fit baby girls from 0-24 months.
What are the wash-care instructions?
Our clothes are very easy to maintain, critical for messy, growing, children! There is no risk of colors running, and after-care is simple: Please Use mild detergent Do not bleach Do not scrub Dry in shade Iron on reverse (where applicable)
What are the Delivery Options for products purchased online?
Within India, we deliver within 3-4 working days. For International shipments, kindly expect delivery 7-8 working days.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Our Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on our site within 30 days of the receipt, only if the product received
is defective or incorrect. In case of returns, once we receive the product back, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your account. We only ask that you preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
How does the return policy work?
Kindly ship the goods back to us. Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your account. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.
